Hi there. Does anyone know where you can buy camshaft kits or camshafts and followers for a 2.2 DTI. Tried Vauxhall but stupid money. Thanks

Thread pruned.  Whilst everybody is entitled to some kind of opinion, what was suggested was pure, utter bollox.

Are you saying the cams are badly worn? If so, the only solution is replacement, and cams aren't cheap.

Why do you think they are worn?

Cam followers (or lifters), if you cannot revive weak springs, are again replacement rather than overhaul Sad

I would say if an engine has suffered serious camshaft wear in normal circumstances the bottom end is probably pretty tired as well, so a 2nd hand engine would be a better investment.

If that's known not to be the case, again, 2nd hand components wouldn't be a bad move because ordinarily they don't wear badly.
