Rocker Gasket Question

I recently had my local garage replace the spark plugs on my omega v6 facelift.
They said that there was oil in the spark plug wells and said it was the rocker gasket which needed replacing.
(They then quoted me £200 for the work)

Does this sound correct?

And also is there anyone in the Midlands (West) area that would be able to do this work for me at a cheaper price than that of the garage.

I guess that's not too bad a price, provided they use genuine only seals and o rings.

There are a few near you that will help, and have one he job several times though.

Btw, did I mention, use genuine seals "only".

And you know that they are done properly too, including the all important breather clean.(this is what causes them to fail) Gary.

And i'd be happy enough to cover fuel!!
