fuses for AC fan and cooling fans (Read 437 times)

Jan 2011 at 17:19 Is there any fuses for them my two fans at the front are not runing as and with the AC set to Lo the one at the fan at the back is not runing anywhere best to start looking Thanks Steve.

Thanks Jamie had a check of that one and all look,s fine. Had a check once again and with the car up to temp all the 3 fans kick in ok. But the AC is not kicking in the temp. Outside is 6c but can not remember if that is around the temp that the compressor switches off. I don,t get that click when i turn the ECO on or off and the rpm,s don,t chance.

Only had the AC system serviced a few months ago Undecided

and all was fine no leaks.

Also drive a Savage 25 niro truck...and flys a Bell 47 twister Savage 46 ss and a Tamiya audi TT ..for now.

Compressor died??????? Put 12v to it see if the clutch engages

Jan 2011 at 13:11 Just to check if the temp is 5c should the part of the the lower pulley where the compressor is with the 3 bolts on it also be turning or with it at that temp not be engaged

Jan 2011 at 13:57 Compressor should kick in 5deg & above. Failure to do so is either low gas pressure (leak???) or comp. knackered. As suggested, put 12v to comp. & see if clutch engages
