need some help!!!

Hi, my husband just got him self a 2.6 v6 elite 01 y reg was running fine but has now got hard to start from cold, have to trun over for long time befor engine fires up,ok when warm, has no faults on the ecu or ligths on the dash, can anyone help please.

Try the pedal trick (link below) and see if it has any codes stored. Some faults (crank sensor for one) won't throw up the EML right away Thumbs Up!

hi just did pedal trick and no faults shown, did a quick service on the car last weekend and changed the fuel filter as didnt know when last changed, and i now also need to sort the filter housing as its siezed shut so bad i am turning the whole housing complete, so hope to get it done this weekend, and then when i get a chance the rocker gasket is leaking on passenger side, which pipes do i need to clean out in the breathers cheers Eric
