car's been running bad almost stalling pulling away, feels well under powered an guddery just pulled 15 feet of fiberwool out exhaust pipe is pipe possibly choaked?

I think the wool material is the baffle out of the back box, so a new one could be in order

Not in my experience. I had the same thing a few months ago. The car was very underpowered/ sluggish etc but not misfiring.
Once the wadding was cleared from the exhaust it perfromed quite normally - but noisier - than before.
