25. Jan 2011 at 13:12

sorry if this has already been covered to death before
my power sounder occasionally make a series a chirps when switching ignition off so defo needs taking out or replacing
my questions are
1. will my alarm/ central locking work if i simple disconect/ remove the sounder.
2. can i just disconnect sounder or should i remove from car altogether.

expecially with all the posts about risk of fire Cry

thanks in advance

Under a club hammer?

Might be worth cutting open along the seam and see what a state the insides are in. Might be possible to save it with a new battery, otherwise, bin it, and hope it makes it into the council truck before it catches fire. Grin
