Do you break V6's as often as TheBoy? Then you need tunnie's towing services, recovery costs are just the humiliation of being towed by 2/3's of an engine

Angela Rippon yes not sure N E however, topgear used to be a 10 minute slot on nationwide news programme,
it then became a 30 minute show on bbc2 with william woollard, sue baker, chris goffey, tony mason and i think frank page.

true it is a shadow of it former self with J C at the helm

I sometimes wish that Top gear would revert somewhat to it's old format. I have gone off it lately, it now seem more about big boys playing with there toys and more about the presenters personal egos than a programme for car enthusiasts.

Yup, that's an understatement! It's just the Jeremy Clarkson show now.

I'm with you there!

this is just my opinion buuuuuuuut.......

if top gear was to do loads of reviews about normal cars it would be completely boring (like that video of the cavalier). at the end of the day we all (well most of us probably) do normal mundane jobs. when you watch top gear you escape for an hour in a world of silly boyishness which reminds you that life can be fun.

each to his own though of course  Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

I like both sides of this coin, old

yes mate. Everything changes Wink

however i really dont think a show that continued that format (from your video) would get many viewers now compared to the existing TG.

maybe a meet in the middle somewhere??   Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!
