Wanted headlamp adjuster SOCKET

The plastic adjuster on my headlights is busted, so I've ordered a replacement aluminium one.

Trouble is, someone has bodged a repair using epoxy putty, and wrecked the white plastic socket/clip thing the ball-end of the adjuster fits into (and which clips onto the reflector).

does anyone have a spare , please?

now sorted.

Although if there is anyone within 20 or 25 miles of Leeds who has an aluminium adjuster I can borrow for a couple of hours until I get the car through the MOT, I'd be very grateful
