Which engine do I need to replace my broken one?

Hi guys, unfortunately my 2000 model (fl) MV6 decided it was going to boil itself to death and then no longer want to turn over. I imagine rather than have a full rebuild, I would be better finding an engine from somewhere but I'm not entirely sure which ones fit and don't fit. It is a 3.0 MV6 Auto.

Help and advice much appreciated, thank you
