Does anyone know what oil I need to top up the rear diff amnd also how its done??

Is there a levekl plug and how much should it have??.....Is there a set level or is it like the autobox where u let it fill until it runs out of the filler hole??

IIRC, SAE90 semi-synthetic (with LSD additive if it's an LSD diff).

Fill it till it comes out of the hole.

Just to add - the filler plug is half-way up on the drivers side of the diff, need a Torx bit to get it out (T30 seems to stick in my mind, but not 100% on that...)

Yep, you're right Rob - just dug out the guide on changing the diff oil, and T50 it is...  Embarrassed  Grin :

Don't think it really matters TBH...  Although I'd be inclined to do it cold to aviod burning myself on the exhaust
