A Couple of questions

1, Are the gaskets from Vaux World any good and worth using

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-OMEGA-SAAB-V6-CAM-ROCKER-COVER-GASKET-SET-NEW-/37...

2, What sealant is best to use

3, Can anyone recommend someone local to me to carry out the work ???

1. NO   -  Genuine Vx only from a dealer

2. Black sealant as stated in the "how to"

3. Several folks around ... Elite Pete, Darth Loo Knee (Daz), JamesV6, Wellung .. and a few others .. no idea if they are "local" to you or not ... Smiley

Relatively easy job to do .... all explained here ..

Do not use pattern cam cover gaskets. They are universally shite, lasting between 2 weeks and 6 months. Genuine ones last at least 5 years normally.
