Albs Omega King Offline The upgrades are ongoing. Posts: 15083 North Essex Gender: Drives: 2000 2.5CD with LPG/Honda cbr600 FX	Rear discs V6 28. Mar 2011 at 23:14 Am I right in thinking the v6,s were all fitted with vented rear discs, or is my memory playing up again ?

I noticed mine were solid today, and thought it had the wrong discs fitted. Couldnt remember what was on my old one.

However, I have seen at least two Omegas (Opel though... ) that have 3,0 engine and vented discs in the rear...

For the record my Miggy has vented rear discs,which I replaced with Mintex 18 months back and have had no problems,but the calipers are a different story as they are a now a non serviced product. All there is available are remanufactured ones the standard of which leaves a lot to be desired,especially the integrity of the castings as they are subject to harsh corrosive winter road spray.
