hi i have just done my heater matrix whilst putting gearselector cover back on i trapped a couple of wires under selector fork Cry. car was ok for couple of hours then today gearbox check came up on mid. it is driving in safe mode and the little lights next to  p r n d  doesnt light up. the brown wire was very crimped but not cut.   could this have broken inside and caused these faults. thanks rick.

Sounds like you have found your fault, unless you believe in coincidence Wink
