You are very right Albs..... it is the human on board that does the business Thumbs Up!

I admire the bikes when I see them at the Poole summer meets on the Quay...must get about a 1000 or so every Tuesday during the summer.....but because of the past, I would dissauade any of my family to have one.
We have suffered one killing himself on a bike and one being killed on a crossing by a bike..
I would not start a 'no bikes' campaign, but would say to people....have one by all means and enjoy, but please, please, be careful Thumbs Up!

Forgoing comments apart, I have to say, I stand in awe at the way the bikers look after their machines.
This sounds like an advert, but if anyone is within a near distance to Poole in the summer, pop down on a Tuesday night, and you will be suprised at the amount and variation of bikes. And trikes, etc. Saw one last year, had the front of a trike and the rear of a Porsche....fantastic machine Thumbs Up!
