Have to put my two pennath in here up until two years ago i was a british gas engineer, The engineer can only do the jobs in the order he has been given them he cannot change an am to a pm, That has to be done by the office, so don't moan at the engineer he is allways on the front line,
When i started on BG customers came first but not any more each engineer is monitored on first time fix how many upgrades/any products in fact he is no longer an engineer he has to be a salesman also, If they told you am and he came p m you can claim £10 as a broken promise, Sad
