Excuse the use of out of date measurements (it is an out of date engine!)....1.25 inches !

Do you seriously need a reamer that size? Hand or machine? I'm not in work till next Tues, but I'll have a look round to see what's about.  Thumbs Up!

1.2505 to 1.2525 (31.763mm to 31.788mm) to be precise.

I have a 1.25 inch reamer here and will be having a crack with it (its a machine one) tonight. I also have an adjustable reamer (hand) but lack the knowledge to use it.

The big issue is that the engine machine shop I use cant do little ends that large! (although its only a small rod)

Ah! We definitely won't have anything that specific.
A man of your calibre will soon work out how to work an adjustable reamer.  Wink As you slacken & tighten the screwed collar at each end, the blades slide up & down a sloping groove which makes the blades increase or decrease the dia of the reamer. If you're altering it over it's full size range, do it a bit at a time otherwise you can end up with all the blades falling out.  Roll Eyes I've had varying degrees of success with adjustable reamers as you can end up with a bore full of chatter marks.  Undecided
