Had seen restraints - some people prefer them. Didn't notice steering wheel. I was trying to see what radio it had.

Apr 2011 at 22:43 some inports for different reasons fall under different registration conditions my mate's import skyline was imported in 2007 and was allowed to be registered in manufacture year 1998 therefore has an S reg plate, BUT a mate of his had one imported in 2002 and it was given a 51 reg
