OK .. I've spoken to Lydiard and we can have several dates, but due to my committments I'm looking at either Sunday 5 June or Sunday 12 June.... at the moment ....

Now their "charges" are 1/2 day sessions at £25 for up to 15 people, or £40 for up to 40 people .. OR full day at £60 .. Sad

Session timings are ... 11:00 - 15:30 or 17:30 - park close.

They require payment in advance and do NOT give refunds ... but MAY (?) allow you to change the date in the event of having to cancel.

I'm happy to pay upfront and collect £1/£1.50 ish a head on the day if thats what folks want ... so could folks indicate preferences

Date : 5 or 12 June
Session : Early, Late, All Day
Numbers planned to attend :

Format would be a social BBQ / picnic / kick around/ talk rubbish/ whatever ..

but NO WORKING ON CARS... bring your own food (I'll provide the "coals"), ladies & kids welcome, lots of things to do around the park.

An 'all day' job on 5 June would probably suit us best.
Still 'work dependant' at the present time though - am doing me best mate! Wink
