Generally speaking, and not in relation to omega, it's considered that oe filters are a little restrictive, hence k+n flow more air and hence more fuel, more power, worse consumption if that extra power is used. They work well on some engines.

Omega induction system is huge. The restriction is said to be exhaust related, possibly manifolds, so any induction mod for extra power will be a waist of time and money, as said.

Hmmm what about a 300tdi disco with no maf and the uprated intercooler(same size as rad) Undecided
