Hopefully that will sort it then Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

Pop 5l in, bring home, then check for smell?

Hmm... Tricky one that. Id didn't start leaking until it was full before Undecided Undecided But I'd be wanting to start with less than a full tank this time Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

When you do fill it, keep an eye on the pump in case the shut off doesn't cut in like before Wink Wink

Tempted to put just a little in, check, then perhaps half fill it, check again, then fill to 70% on gauage, check, then let it run out again, and fill to full or 65l, and adjust tank as reqd

Sound like a superplan?

Got a can of gas leak detector spray  Roll Eyes  if it helps. Spray on, blows bubbles from the gas escaping. Probably the same as soapy water though.  Undecided

Do you break V6's as often as TheBoy? Then you need tunnie's towing services, recovery costs are just the humiliation of being towed by 2/3's of an engine

Popped 10l in the tank, no sign of leak in the gas tight box Cheesy Cheesy, so now need to add a bit more. Might pop it straight up to 65l.

The downside, is both Mrs TheBoy and I are convinced there is a leak from front end, we both reckon around the 1/3/5 bank, though it could be from vap/filters, anywhere really.  Don't think its 2/4/6 bank. Can't seem to pinpoint further though - nothing seems to be visibly leaking, and the shitfix leak detector is as much use as a used johnny smeared in dogshit.

Really? I'd be very surprised if there is Shocked Certainly wasn't any sign of a leak on Sunday Wink

We both smelt it it bonnet open. Smell seems to go when on petrol, and I reckon return after a few seconds of running on *any* lpg injector, making me think:

liquid filter
evap
gas filters
injector blocks
hoses

After the faff with the tank valve I think I'd be looking around the liquid phase filter Undecided check the bowl on it hasn't worked a little loose with all the trial fit/re-fit, remove, fit again Wink

Can't see it being a vapour phase leak with how tight the hoses were

After having another sniff, I'm wondering about injector block.

LPG gas is heavier than air, isn't it (though with the heat in engine bay, who knows  Undecided)
