Having probs getting the cat to centre pipe to seal properly, is there a gasket or summat I can use on this joiny?

Used about three tubs of paste to no avail!!

No gasket...just a flange and socket and clamp up from the collar on the cat pipe.

Are you sure the 2 sections of pipe are located together properly ?
It is then just a smear of exhaust paste and do up th 2 bolts to pull it all together.

Worth trying new bolts,or even getting some new bolts with nuts as maybe the thread in the flange is stripped and not pulling in tight.

Try the bolts in the flange first and maybe run a tap through to claen up the thread.

could be that the exhaust is not the correct part number for your car, i got a 2nd hand exhaust and it had to be heated and bended to seal properly, think ttthe one ive put on is for an estate but it fits with a bit of cutting and bending
