V6 Oil Cooler kit (Read 1162 times)

Apr 2011 at 21:41 the new vx item now comes in wot looks like copper,the other one is aluminium like the original ones,and you can tell the difference in the weight too

Find a magnet. Mild steel is magnetic, stainless isn't. Wink

Copper isnt magnetic either but certain grades of stainless are magnetic, ie 430 grade commonly used for sinks, cutlery ect..

I nearly added the bit about copper but thought that stainless would be identifiable from copper ....... Roll Eyes

.... maybe it's a good job that oil coolers aren't made from cutlery Wink
