Looks like I have been sent the wrong sensor, the one sent to me is part number 90492006, this has the more rectangular connector whereas it appears I need 90492061, which has the more oval type connector, hence me not finding the connector under my bonnet! Lips Sealed

Check your part numbers mate.
Last year's Trade Club book suggests it should be 90540743
2.5 (early models) 90492006 £83.50 £65.12
2.5 (later models) 90492061 £61.50 £47.88
2.6/3.0/3.2 90540743 £55.00 £42.63

Prices may be out of date now.
