Rear Donuts changed - but .........

Hi,

I had the rear donuts changed today. The rear end was not right and it creaked. Car is a '99 but only done 75k.

I bought genuine GM bushes.

My mate fitted them in his garage using the GM tool (thanks MDTM).

Funny thing is that the bushes were originals and actually appeared to be in good condition.

However, the car is now much better and doesn't creak.

How can that be, I'm confused as I got the result I wanted but dont understand WHY I did ......

Thanks - Rob

the funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it
