join the 'white car-black roof&rims' club or not

due to the fact that the paint job on my car is quite bad (patches of clearcoat falling of at several spots), and the fact that I don't trust any 'painter workshop' to do the job good enough, I am thinking about vinyl wrapping it more and more seriously.

Now, although the vinyl films come in a variety of colors, you can't exactly find every possible tone (like gay champagne Cool). So I was thinking: car in white, with black roof OR some sort of black strips along the hood, roof and boot (more to the side, not on the center), and black rims (16" elite ones). It's a pre-facelift, so it has black bumper and door strips, and they will stay that way.
Other version would be: black roof, with black stripes on the side.
Also, the company domain and short description (www.primo-studio.com -> engineering, web & graphical solutions) shall be incorporated on the side of the car.

Any thoughts on that?
Or better yet, some pictures, for an idea.

I like this idea, as I would get a cheap new 'paint job', new look, and most importantly, a moving and attractive bill board. But I am not certain how it would look, and would use some advice...

Sorry Bojan, but the Omega is not a chav car and will look stupid. Shocked Find a body shop and ask to see some of there work and go for the best you can find.

hahaha...that's a big unanimous NO  Grin

I might be nit picky, but none of the workshops here are not good enough. Generally, the work they do is OK, but when you look closely, you can notice the flaws (small paint runs, small crust, paint gets really easy chipped off by stones ect.). IMO, the problem lays in the fact that all the painter workshops had to switch from nitro-based colors to water-based color a year ago. This calls for different techniques and methods, and I think that they just haven't mastered it jet.
I really don't want to give 1500€ for something that will not be done properly.

So, no to the strips, or no to the any combination?

Only one way to have it done m8 and that is back to its original finish by a reputable company. As its a top of the range luxury car making into chavvy wagon would more than likely be an insult to oofers. It would probably look daft anyway cos its bodyshape does not lend iteslf to that sort of paint job. Why not buy another one cos you will probably pick one up in decent nick for less than the paint job will cost?
I have just picked one up almost in showroom nick with a genuine 70K on it for 1400quids. There quite a few on the old ebay for under a G too in almost the same condition. Stay away from sellers and garages who insist that it hasd to go back to them for repasir or warranty though cos they are the rip of merchants to be very wary of. Once bitten ten times shy!
GudLuk in your quest though.
