Got the front shocks from gm but they wanted £235 for a pair of springs Angry

Aw mate don't buy that cheap shite. Although I can't see the second link.

Your better off fitting second hand used off here than some of the cheap springs I've seen.

CDX is stock suspension, no mv6 or Elite with self leveling to worry about. So depends what you want to do with the car, if your happy with the ride go for kyb and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY SPRINGS IN AXLE PAIRS or you'll get a lop sided car.

Well I did assume there was a problem with old ones meaning replacement needed. Obviously if there's nout broke don't fix it.

However if your looking to upgrade then that's different....?
