Pipes into plenum - help!
11. May 2011 at 09:57

I am reassembling the plenum and am unclear which pipes go where.

Working left to right the the left fork of the branch goes on first, the small pipe next and then Im stuck! The single pipe and the right hand of the branch, but which way around?

They should only go one way around Wink As long as you have the 2 small ones in the correct places?

Two large ones on the outside for the "Y" breather and 2 smaller ones inside for the smaller pipes... If you've found another larger pipe it's the auto box breather, which should just be tied up out of the way Wink

(Although some monkey at vauxhall has put a "T" piece into one of the breathers on mine and attached the Autobox one to it too... Another job to be put right Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

As I've said before... So much for full Vx History Lips Sealed Roll Eyes

What I ment was that three pipes are quite similar in size, only one is smaller. And, as the smallest is obvious, the third one goes in between the branches. So, from left, other branch, smallest, the "third" one and other branch to the right .

No mate 2 large breather pipes (going into 1 like a 'Y') and 2 smaller - same size.  As LD says above - 2 large on outsides, 2 small on inners - you need to get the 2 smaller ones round the right way
