Some advice and suggestions please

I will be cleaning the breathers soon including taking rocker cover off and doing it properly this time.  The breather sump, is this easy to get to and remove to replace the gasket??? Also doing throttle body gasket as i recall from a previous job i did on it, the car didnt appear to have one but seems easy enough.  Exhaust manifold gasket, has anyone done this? I have a bad leak and hoping a new gasket would solve it.  Do i need to use exhaust paste on it on either side? I recall reading the studs tend to break? How would i fit new ones if needed? Would i need specific tools for any of this work?

Thanks in advance
