when I  removed fuel pipes from plenum (2.6v6) one was dry and other have fuel in it
is it normal?
why one of it was dry?

One is a flow from the tank and the other is the return, probably because the electric fuel pump runs continously as soon as the ignition is on.  Mine has arrows on the label going in each direction.Thumbs Up!

the return pipe should be dry
have you got any problems with car

No, I was just replace spar plugs and I had to disassemble fuel pipes...
also heared vacum aspirate sound caused by broken O ring on plastik on top of plenum
