Radiator drain plug

How do you get the radiator drain plug out to replace o-rings.  Cannot seem to get it far enough out to depress locking tangs.

Once unscrewed just pull it out.  Thumbs Up!

Yep tried that yesterday - wouldn't budge - it was a brand new plug and seals.  Still leaking though.

Today, with water hot, came straight out!  Put the new seals on the original plug and, touch wood, no leaks now  Thumbs Up!
