front fog light wireing

Vauxhall Omega 2.0 ltr, estate,,, year 2000.
Don`t know if Facelift. don`t know how to tell.
Bought and fitted fog lights but still cannot find wiring. If any one out there can advise i would be extremely grateful. If not, then i may have to resolve to wiring them and fitting a switch DIY.

Under passenger front bumper near the horns should be a multi-plug. Yours being a GLS it could possibly be taped up. You need what is in this photo. Look for a connector that will accommodate the plug in the pic with the yellow banding on (left of pic)

Facelift - the grill is part of the bonnet.Other differences too but thats the most obvious one.
Do you have the switches for foglights, under the headlight switch? If so, the wiring for the lights should be where Rob said it would be.
If your missing the switches/wiring/relays etc. Rob,Twiglet or myself should be able to supply you with what you need - just take your pick. Wink Grin

Any time I have wanted to add anything electrical I have always found the wiring already in place, you just need to find it.
Are the fogs fed from one side and linked across if so you may be looking on the wrong side? Just a suggestion but I'm sure the wiring will be there somewhere.......
