hi guys, can someone remind me of the name of the tool to remove the stereo once the 4 little screws are out?

also once removed (and my new heater panel thing replaced) will it ask me to input my radio code?

cheers

Stereo removal tool is good enough for most of us  Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!
Should do, depends whether the requirement for the code is turned on or not and also what flavour of radio fitted.  Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

I have used four thin allen keys (also long galve nails) in each hole and pulled out no problem. Just push in gently until you feel the 'click' of the clip releasing

Dont bother with a tool

Thems the things!  Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!  (or as henry says  Wink)
It is possible to use Allen keys & nails etc, but the proper tools do pull the unit out better  Thumbs Up! Thumbs Up!

Prefacelift and facelift need different keys.  In addition, facelift ones need good quality keys, unless you are unlucky enough to have a CDR2005
