help needed for dress adjustment

can anybody help ann out with her wedding dress
she has tried her dress on and due to being big up top the zip is really tight to get fully up

is there anybody thats good with a sewing machine that could widen the part by the zip
hopefully someone not to far away

ive just managed to sort the dress out by moving the zip and restiching it
still a bit tight to zip up but once its zipped to the top its fine
