Well my guess would be 5 years.

Few points.

he used the money to "development of a friend's spark plug" What?

The charity is now being wound up. Was that scheduled to happen anyway or is it a direct result of him skimming money.

Finally and crucially. Has he had the equivalent money taken off him even if it means he now has to live in a tent. Very much doubt it. The law is an ass.

The law has been tightened no end on charities over the last few years.  It's a pity because it has made many good ones cease to operate because the admin is beyond some simple folks whose heart is in the right place.

It's the price we pay for people taking the mick. Cry
